JUBA, July 4, 2024 — The Orange Democratic Party leader and prominent opposition figure in Kenya, Honorable Raila Odinga, received an endorsement today in his bid for the African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson position.
The endorsement came from South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir, a move that is expected to bolster Odinga’s candidacy considerably.
