Edwin Sifuna, former secretary general of ODM has in recent months found himself navigating choppy political waters within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

The Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) on Thursday struck out Sifuna’s petition seeking reinstatement as ODM Secretary General, ruling that it lacked the jurisdiction to determine the matter.
