National Assembly majority leader Kimani Ichungwa’h has explained why Kindiki will be sworn in as Deputy President of the republic of Kenya. He has gone ahead to explain why it is important for him to take that oath of office.
This is coming just weeks after Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was removed from office unceremoniously. He was impeached by a super majority leaving him with Court battles as the only solution to his political career.

He is fighting to clear his name and probably retain his seat. Well, Kimani Ichungwa’h has delivered some bad news to him. He has claimed that, Kindiki will be sworn in as Deputy President of the republic of Kenya next week.
This will officially be the end of Rigathi Gachagua as the second in command under this regime.
Ichungwa’h while addressing residents of Tharaka Nithi emphasized that they will have their son as a new second in command because of unity. He continued by claiming, Kindiki is the man to unite the region unlike Gachagua who was only supporting one region.
Gachagua is expected to know his fate on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Judges at the high court are expected to issue a ruling on if the conservatory orders will be lifted or not. If lifted, it will pave the way for Kindiki Swearing in. Well, let’s see what happens next week.
