A fresh political storm is brewing following the emergence of a video in which Oburu Odinga boldly declares himself the presidential candidate ahead of the 2027 General Election, catching many Kenyans by surprise.
In the widely circulated clip, Oburu is heard insisting that, according to the party constitution of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), the party leader automatically becomes its presidential flag bearer.
