Former President Donald Trump took to his X account (formerly known as Twitter) to send a strong message to American workers.

In his post, Trump praised the hard work and ingenuity of American laborers, while also sharply criticizing the current administration led by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.”

Happy Labor Day to all of our American Workers who represent the Shining Example of Hard Work and Ingenuity,” Trump began.

However, he quickly turned his attention to the struggles he believes Americans are facing under what he referred to as “Comrade Kamala Harris.”

He highlighted rising costs, including high gas prices, transportation costs, and soaring grocery prices, stating that Americans are suffering during the holiday weekend

Trump contrasted these challenges with what he described as the successes of his first term, particularly in the realm of economic policy.

He pointed to his administration’s negotiation of free and fair trade deals, including the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), as major achievements that protected American workers.

Additionally, he noted the heavy investments in education and job training programs designed to help workers thrive in industries they love.

The former president also took the opportunity to assert that the Biden-Harris administration has undone much of the progress made during his time in office.

Trump ended his message with a familiar rallying cry, promising to “Make America Great Again” by creating an environment where all workers and businesses can prosper and achieve their American Dream.
