President William Ruto and his entire Kenya Kwanza administration are making inroads in the Mount Kenya region. Their target is Mbeere North seat, a seat that was left vacant after Honorable Ruku was Picked as a cabinet secretary.
Well, the United Democratic party settled on one candidate and are currently putting up a strong campaign team head of the November 27, 2025 election.

According to the Deputy organizing secretary Pauline Njoroge. The Jubilee Party has thrown its weight behind the United opposition candidate. She asked Kenyans to discredit any information that the jubilee party will be fielding a candidate in Mbeere North.

Jubilee Party Deputy Organizing Secretary Statement.
As the Deputy Organizing Secretary of the Jubilee Party, I wish to set the record straight. The National Executive Council (NEC), which is chaired by H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, has not issued nomination papers to any aspirant for the Mbeere North parliamentary by-election.
The Jubilee Party will not be fielding a candidate in this race. Instead, we will stand firmly behind the joint opposition candidate. Take this to the bank, and treat all other claims as pure hearsay.
