For two years that President William Ruto has been in power. Kenyans have been having mixed reactions over his leadership especially economical wise.
Youths took to the streets few months ago with an attempt to remove him from power. They invaded the most protected house in the country, the Parliament.
Their song was “Ruto must go” from streets to estates. More then sixty of them died by the bullet of torture from Police officers who abducted them.
Some are still missing up to today and families are calling on the government to release them immediately.

Well, it seems like the president listened to their views and he is now acting on them as per the latest move that has left Kenyans praising him.
According to EPRA. The government has reduced fuel prices at the pump drastically. Petrol has been reduced by 8 shillings signalling a relief for Kenyans.
Those who depend on public transportation will now enjoy reduced fare prices from one area to another.
Other products that depends on fuel will also be available for Kenyans who have been fighting so hard to sustain their livelihood.
Kenyans Reactions.
“It is a good step towards economic recovery by President William Ruto. We have suffered for a long time but now we can see his policies are paying off. We should support his policies going forward.” Said Ahmed.
“Now let’s pray he creates jobs for the youths who are struggling. He should also stop corruption in the public sector. Maybe the death sentence will be good for those looting” Said Mercy.
