Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga’s remains have received the last Salute from the Indian military.
According to the photos shared online, the military officers are seen surrounding the Coffin carrying Raila Odinga.
With their riffles in Air, they saluted Raila Odinga and an indication of respect he commanded both in Kenya and outside the country.

A delegation of leaders from Kenya was dispatched by President William Ruto from Kenya. They are expected to land in India at about 1am. They will then join with those in India and finally fly back home with the Orange democratic Party leader.
Kenyans in Nairobi will be given an opportunity to view the body of the late Raila Odinga at Parliament buildings where he will be taken at around 2PM. The body will leave Parliament at 5PM to his Karen home where it will spend the night.
It will be then transported to his rural home via Kisumu where the public will be given an opportunity to view it. He will be laid to rest on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
