Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is facing tough times in his political career. His possible ouster is at end stage with senate of Kenya waiting to vote on his removal next week.
Him, together with allies have been pointing fingers at President William Ruto accusing him of initiating the process.
Despite Ruto being silent on the issue, many people have been calling him out for hanging his deputy to dry. Well, while speaking in Embu county, Gachagua alleged the only person who can save him form impeachment that is coming.

In a video shared online. Gachagua emphasized that judges will save him from the impeachment that he is facing. According to him, they will uphold the constitution of Kenya and respect the will of the people that elected him to office in 2022.
“I believe in our Judges. They are men and women of integrity and respect to the rule of law. They are going to uphold the constitution and save me from this Impeachment.” Said Gachagua.
Senate Seating.
The Senate is expected to sit on Wednesday next week to decide on Gachagua removal. Last week, speaker Amason Kingi Warned all senators against traveling outside the country during the motion. It is going to be the first time a deputy President will be facing the Senate under new constitution of Kenya. Everyone is waiting to see how things will play out soon.
