Tranzoia County governor George Natembeya is a marked man politically. From being arrested by EACC officers to being Summoned by the Senate on various issues. The first time governor is not resting at all despite uncertainty in his political career.
He is not afraid of the impeachment talks being fronted by Nandi County Senator Samson Cheralgei. According to Samson, Natembeya should be removed from office for being tribal and overseeing embezzlement of public funds.

Well, as Natembeya continues to fight his political wars, his remarks in Kakamega have landed him in another trouble.
Kakamega County governor Barasa has asked Natembeya to stop attacking him in his rallies and focus on Tranzoia County. He continued by challenging Natembeya to come to Kakamega again and repeat the same sentiments if he is a man enough.
” I want to tell the Tranzoia County governor to focus on his County. What he said here in Kakamega was unfortunate. I dare him to come here again and repeat that.” Said Barasa in a video shared online.
This is coming just a day after Natembeya accused Barasa of auctioning Luhya people to Raila Odinga instead of championing for National Unity and Mulembe Unity. Natembeya wants a region to unite and have good negotiating power come 2027 general election.
