For months now, activist Morara Kebaso has been on record exposing stalled government projects. Currently, he is in Kwale county with his team where they are exposing county projects that were funded but money disappeared.
A few weeks ago, he was arrested and detained for a while before being released unconditionally. Well, he has come out to alleged what the director of the criminal invagination team is doing to him.
Through his officially verified X platform. Kebaso has alleged that, police officers are still holding to his phones and laptops.

They took one of his phones to the Middle East and have not handed them over to him. His lawyer has finally won a court battle where the judge has issued a court order that his phones be released to him.
“For months now the state has been illegally holding onto three phones and a laptop that they took from my office on the day of my abduction. At some point they even flew one of my phones via DHL to a country in the East.” Posted Morara Kebaso
When the case was dismissed by the court i went to collect the devices but was arrested and taken to Langata Police Station. Finally my lawyer @Pareno_Solonka has obtained a court order for the release of the devices.” Added Morara Kebaso.
