Martha Koome, the current President of the Supreme Court has delivered good news to Kenyans.
This is coming just days after her interview on Spice FM promised Kenyans smooth Judicial process and straight forward justice to everyone.
While there, she stated that she has never been approached by anyone for forcing her to issue a ruling in her their favour. She went on to warn those planning to do that, and will be exposed by her.

Well, it seems like indeed, she is determined to see justice served to all Kenyans seeking judicial intervention. According to the gazette notice published, Koome has constituted an Appeal Court within the environment and labour courts. The establishment is effective 30th September, 2024.
“Chief Justice Martha Koome established an Appeals Division within the Environment and Land Court, effective from 30th September 2024.” Report.
This is good news to Kenyans who have been seeking justice from the environment and labour courts. They now have an opportunity to appeal the ruling that they are not confortable with.
