Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has left Kenyans talking online after revealing his first mission once elected President of the republic of Kenya in the 2027 general election.
Speaking to Kenyans in a political rally staged at his hometown Karatina, Nyeri County. The impeached second in command made it clear that he will not lie to Kenyans anymore.

He claimed that, the first thing he will do is to do away with the housing fund levy. He continued by saying that, the house fund levy is eating up Kenyans payslips and it is important for it to go.
His other mission is to make sure that he does not lie to people about creating opportunities that won’t be achieved. He will not lie about anything but rather focus on returning the country to the same level as the late President Mwai Kibaki left it.
Gachagua’s Remarks.
I want to tell Kenyans one thing. Once I get to that office. I will not be lying to them with projects that will not materialize. I will just take the country back to where President Kibaki left it.
