Former Kakamega County Senator Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah has made another declaration that could land him in trouble.
Just on may 28, 2025, his lawyer moved to court and secured an anticipatory bail. This was after he was asked by a police boss from Kakamega to report to a nearby police station for causing chaos in Kakamega Town during homecoming.

Well, Malalah has announced another homecoming in Kakamega. Posting on his status, he claimed that he is going to host the homecoming and no one is going to stop him from doing that.
“In the spirit of compliance to public order and safety. Our security system stands notified of our Party Popularization drive.
Tukutane Ground.” Posted Malalah.
A letter posted on an official DCP party official social media account, has been addressed to all Sub county Police bosses. He is expected to market his party in Kakamega County. Him and the entire DCP party entourage will be touring the region and with expectations that the people will join it massively. Well, let us wait and see how things will play out on that day.
