The President of the republic of Kenya was today hosted in Homabay County. Him, together with his second in command professor Kithure Kindiki and other government dignitaries converged at Raila Odinga stadium in Homabay for Madaraka day celebration.
Well, as he was enjoying himself in Homabay together with other Kenyans who attended the event. Things were not good for him in Tranzoia County. According to the video seen by us, the Tranzoia County commissioner was left with chairs to address after seemingly angry residents left the celebration venue.

This happened just after a message from governor Natembeya was read to the public who were really waiting to hear from him. Surprisingly, Natembeya himself did not appear for the celebration leaving Kenyans asking questions.
The county commissioner is heard on the video pleading with residents not to leave and listen to the message from the head of state. In defiance, the Tranzoia residents are seen leaving the venue almost empty and not ready to listen to the message from the President of the republic of Kenya.
The scenes have left Kenyans talking and asking questions concerning the possibility of the President losing Tranzoia County politically, a region that supported him heavily In 2022 general election.
