The President of the republic of Kenya His Excellency William Ruto addressed the joint sitting; the Senate and the national assembly.
This is his constitution mandate to update the Kenyans on the progress that his administration is taking in moving Kenyans on a better grounds both socially and economically.
Well, during his address, the head of state was forced to stop his speech briefly after joint members of the national assembly and senate Started shouting two terms in Parliament.

This was after the president outlined various projects that his administration has undertaken to stabilize the county’s economic status.
The seemingly happy President watched briefly as members celebrated him before he continued with his electrifying speech. In his address, Ruto claimed to have employed about 72,000 teachers since he took power in the 2022 general election. He explained the impact of such a decision will have to the education sector.
My administration has employed over 72,000 teachers to cover the shortages we are witnessing in the country. We are having a plan to employ another 26,000 teachers by January in order to cover the remaining gap in the sector. My administration is determined to see a quality education for our nation.” Said President William Ruto.
