There have been speculations that retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta would finally have a say in President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza Alliance Government.
This has been fueled by the recent handshake between the two leaders. One of the notable names from Uhuru’s camp that could be appointed in the government include, Uhuru’s brother, Muhoho Kenyatta who according to rumours could land the Interior Cabinet Secretary position.
All this comes after Rigathi Gachagua was mercilessly impeached and his place awarded to former Interior Cabinet Secretary Kindiki Kithure.

Ever since, Gachagua has become a thorn in flesh of President Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza Alliance Government.
But the unexpected entry of Uhuru Kenyatta at finally down plays any influence Gachagua was making in the vote rich Mt Kenya region. As a matter of fact, most leaders from the region have publicly applauded the two leaders, referring to it as the unity of the Nation.
