After their heated rivalry ahead of the 2022 general election, many Kenyans were left perplexed when Raila Odinga and President William Ruto decided to work together in a broad based government. It was a move that no one saw coming and thus, many Kenyans felt that Ruto may end up being unbeatable in the 2027 poll.
While that is the case, it seems that things may not be as expected in 2027. That is because today, Kenyans were left talking after they woke up to details of what Raila Odinga’s ODM is planning against President William Ruto.
As reported by the Daily Nation newspaper, Raila Odinga’s ODM party is now planning a mega rally in Western Kenya to wash out the influence that Ruto has been creating in the region. It is said that ODM will be having their counter attack against President William Ruto in February 28.
Ahead of that mega rally, the ODM party will be having their western regional leaders meeting on February 9.
