The President of the republic of Kenya has sent a warning to a section of Kenyans while in Homabay County, Nyanza region. The head of state is currently addressing a devolution conference with other leaders who are attending the event in large numbers.
The President who was seemingly angered with what is happening in the country did not mince his words while sending a strong message to this group of people.
According to the President, those people siphoning Kenyan funds will have nowhere to hid. He claimed that, the conflict of interest law he signed recently will help stop public officers from doing business with the government while denying a chance to deserving Kenyans.
The head of state continued by warning that, those found dealing in corruption will not be saved by phone calls from high office. With this declaration, the whole mandate lies with the EACC teams who are tasked with making sure public resources are not looted.
