Kenyans are mourning the sadden passing on of the gospel musician Betty Bayo. The news which started in the morning as a rumor has now been confirmed by the family.
Both her ex-husband, Prophet Kanyari and the current husband Tash have been seen at the Kenyatta national hospital where the remains of the late musician are being preserved. Well, details have emerged of what exactly killed Betty and how long she has been at the hospital before her untimely death.
According to the family spokesperson who addressed the Media in front of the family. Betty started feeling unwell a few days ago. She was rushed to a peripheral facility where the doctors managed her and referred her to Kenyatta National hospital.

She was admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital on Friday last week where the doctors have been taking care of her. She started experiencing loss of blood frequently which eventually led to her death. She was suffering from leukemia which is blood Cancer as per the family spokesperson seen in the video addressing the nation.
Her remains will be transferred to Kenyatta Teaching and referral Hospital mortuary where it will be preserved as the family prepares for the funeral program. The family has asked for prayers from Kenyans as they mourn their loved one. May her soul rest in eternal Peace.
It is true, and not a rumor anymore. We have lost our family member. The person who was inspiring many generations with her Music. She has Passed Away today here at Kenyatta National hospital While undergoing treatment. She was suffering from leukemia and had lost a lot of blood.
