President William Ruto and his Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua parted ways months ago through a very dramatic impeachment. Gachagua was thrown out of office for allegedly leading tribal narrative instead of uniting Kenyans.
In his place, professor Kindiki was appointed second in command leaving Kenyans talking. Well, Sudi has opened up on who was supposed to be Deputy President but Ruto Rejected.
Speaking during an interview with a local radio station, Sudi claimed that the preferred Deputy President from Mount Kenya region was Ndindi Nyoro.

But he was not picked because of his age, the President and those close to him thought that he would be seen as weak and manipulative. Hence leading to the appointment of Gachagua who was a bit old and aggressive politically.
” We wanted Ndindi Nyoro to be Deputy President of the republic of Kenya. However, we changed the tune because of what Kenyans would have thought. We did not want them to say we picked him in order to manipulate him because of age.
