Kenya is expected to host the CHAN Tournament starting tomorrow, August 3, 2025. The Preparations are in top gear with engineers moving with speed in making sure that everything is set at the various stadiums in the country.
Today, President William Ruto together with is Kenya Kwanza leadership visited Harambee Stars team and promised players good money if they manage to win the tournament. If they manage to clinch the cup, they will get about 600M shillings from the government.

Well, Kenyans online have called on President William Ruto to intervene after noticing something strange online concerning the tournament.
According to the videos widely Shared online, a section of Kenyan political class has been spotted with a huge number of tickets. The CHAN Tournament tickets are no longer available online. This unavailability of the tickets left many Kenyans not happy.
However, the presence of the tickets in possession of the political class has led many asking questions on the development.
Sports lovers have asked President William Ruto to intervene and stop such activities claiming that it will kill the football vibes. They are demanding that sports are not mixed with politics.
