This was after youths demanded the dismissal of his entire government. They also demanded he steps down from his position after youths were shot dead in the deadly protests.

Residents have taken to social media to celebrate the decision. They are asking him to go ahead and fire everyone who is not performing well for the people.
” The president is on the right track. He should go deeper and fire more. The people will now have a date with their leaders on the ballot” Said Ahmed.
