President William Ruto is having a hard time convincing Kenya so that everything is working well in his administration lately. A few days ago, over five million shillings he donated to the catholic church was refunded to him unexpectedly.
He was accused of breeding a lying culture in the country and not stopping rampant corruption incidents in the country. According to auditor general reports, Kenyans are losing money to budgeted corruption.
A section of those in influential positions are looting the country dry as the general public struggles with the poor health system, poverty and hunger.

Well, new details have emerged of Kenyans receiving money while dead. The government is still paying them.
Mr. Mary Muthoni. The permanent secretary for health ( public health) was at pain to explain to the Parliament health committee on how some community health promoters are still recovering payments from the national government despite then being dead.
According to the Nyeri Town member of Parliament Duncan Mathenge, some CHPs in his county have not been paid for the services delivered since July but in some areas, the dead are being paid.
In her defence, she claimed that the ministry of health only approves payment after receiving a list from county governments. Hence, she will follow up with Nyeri county to check why the dead are being paid.
The revelation has sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans who are asking questions. They are demanding accountability from the government and also those involved fired.
