The former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is currently enjoying his time in the United States of America.
Him, together with his wife and other political class allied to him have been touring America, visiting Kenyans living there and also hosting high level interviews on the state of the nation at home.
Well, while there, Gachagua has received bad news from back home. According to the information reaching us, the Court has declined to rule in favour of Gachagua on the disqualification of a three judge bench in his case. This is the second time his petition is rejected by the courts.

This is a huge blow to Gachagua who is hopping to clear his name and possibly vie for the top seat in the 2027 general election. Gachagua will be seeking to be President of the republic of Kenya in the election.
Lately, he has been firing Salvos at President William Ruto nonstop. He is accusing Kenya Kwanza administration of lying to Kenyans on various issues and not tackling critical things in the manifesto they promised Kenyans.
