He was belated by residents from neighboring Nuu Ward following a political incident at a public gathering attended by Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred shortly after MCA Jeremiah shouted the slogan “TUTAM” during Kalonzo Musyoka’s address.
The chant, which some residents interpreted as provocative and disrespectful within the charged political atmosphere, immediately drew hostile reactions from sections of the crowd.
Witnesses said that moments after the chant was uttered, a group of angry youths confronted the MCA, accusing him of attempting to disrupt the meeting and disrespect the Wiper leader on his home turf.
