A few days ago, one Kibet Bull who was criticizing the government of the day through digital activism was abducted after leaving Okiya Omutata’s communication center.
He was allegedly picked up by an unidentified vehicle which Omutata claimed was packed outside his office for a while.
Well, amidst the cries of Justice, President William Ruto has sent an appeal to Kenyans. While speaking at a Church service in Narok, the head of State asked Kenyans to be very careful during this festival season.

He attributed too much alcohol to crazy things that are happening in the country. This includes numerous accidents that are being televised across the country. He also asked parents to sit with their kids and advise them accordingly.
On the issue of abductions, the president remained mum and did not talk about it at all. A few months ago, he asked Kenyans to report any issue of abductions to the authority and allow the government to act.
His message is coming just hours after the police department distanced itself from the abductions. They asked Kenyans to report any case and allow IPOA to do their job in case of any Police involvement.
