President William Ruto has decided to go after Gachagua over what he said in Kajiado a few months ago.
Speaking to the chiefs and assistant chiefs in Nairobi, seemingly angered Ruto decided to respond to Gachagua for his unexpected declaration in Kajiado where he met Kenyans with his troops at a church service.
According to President William Ruto, it is unfortunate that the former Deputy President is advocating for the demolition of the affordable housing projects when he takes power.

These houses are a game changer, people are able to live a decent life in Nairobi. We are eradicating Slums within the city and by the time we are done, Kenyans will be celebrating.
We Cannot achieve anything as a country if we have ideas like those that our competitors are having. How do you plan to demolish something that is benefiting the whole country. Our people are now smiling leaving those houses that they used to stay in. Those shanties are becoming extinct because of this Noble ide. Kindly check on the people who are having such ideas. They are not normal at all” said President William Ruto.
The President continued with his speech by asking Kenyans to embrace change in their lives. The government is putting policies in place that are going to put the country in a first world country category.
