Just after the impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua from office. President William Ruto has been warned over the impeachment process that has thrown out truthful man. He was impeached on 5 grounds despite the National Assembly presenting 11 grounds.
Here are the grounds that he has been impeached on.
Ground 1 – Shareholding remarks
Ground 4 – Undermining Independence of Judges
Ground 5 – National Cohesion & Integrity Act
Ground 6 – Crimes under National Cohesion act
Ground 9 – Gross Misconduct by publicly attacking the NIS
Well, Ruto has been told to be careful of one thing over what happened in the whole process of removing Rigathi Gachagua from the office.

According to lawyer Nelson Havi, the removal of Rigathi Gachagua from the office is good for Kenyans but very bad for president William Ruto. He has alleged that the process has lowered the standards of impeaching the high ranking officer exposing him to the same process.
“The impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua is good for Kenya and bad for President William Ruto. It has set a low threshold for removal of leaders including himself, from office, and effectively denied him the overwhelming support of Kikuyus who voted for him to the last woman seated.” Wrote Nelson Havi.
