National Assembly majority leader Kimani Ichungwa’h is one of few individuals who are against the leadership of Rigathi Gachagua. Him, together with others facilitated the removal of Gachagua from Office in a dramatic manner.
The second in command was Accused of being tribal and syphoning public resources. He was also accused of disrespecting the head of State something he denied.
Well, Gachagua has received unwanted news from Kimani Ichungwa’h ahead of the Tuesday court ruling. The court is expected to issue new orders on conservatory orders issued by Kerugoya Court.

Kimani Ichungwa’h has claimed that professor Kindiki will be sworn in as the Deputy President of the republic of Kenya next week. Speaking to the people of Tharaka Nithi, the home town of Kindiki, the national assembly majority leader asked residents to prepare for greater things.
This is bad news to the embattled Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua who is fighting to reverse his Impeachment from the courts. He is asking the court to stop any person from taking his position and also seeking to clear his name.
Ichungwa’h also asked the courts to do what is necessary and good for the country next week. Justice Ogolla is expected to lead a bench in making crucial decisions in the Gachagua case.
Some of the leaders who attended the event vouched for Kindiki, including National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula. He claimed that loyalty was important in politics, implying the reason Gachagua was removed from office. He was accused of going against President Ruto’s policies.
