Kikuyu member of Parliament Kimani Ichung’wah is one of the leaders who have boldly come out to defend the President at all costs. In Bungoma he sparked mixed reactions online after attacking Tranzoia County governor George Natembeya for his speech on Abductions.
Well, while speaking in Rift valley in a roadside rally attended by the President and other leaders. Kimani Ichung’wah finally addressed the issue of people calling him Ruto’s wife online.
Ichung’wah claimed that despite being called Ruto’s wife. He is not going to stop supporting the government of the day and protecting the President. He called out a section of leaders terming them tribal and inciters.

He continued by asking Kenyans not to listen to such kind of people who are not going to bring development to them but rather just division and politics of the region which is only aimed at causing division.
” I have seen online some people calling me Ruto’s wife. You all know who the wife to the President. What they are saying will not stop me from protecting the Kenya Kwanza administration and the President. We must move this country forward and serve Kenyans who are waiting for development. ” Said Ichung’wah.
