Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is not resting since his unceremonious removal for office. He has been vocal in various meetings changing government policies While asking the head of State to focus. His bold move landed him in trouble recently with goons attacking his car at a Funeral service in Limuru.
Well, it seems like he has let that slide and has now issued new demand to President William Ruto and his administrator.
Speaking in a church service in Nairobi. Gachagua asked President William Ruto to constitute an independent Electrol Commission immediately.

He alleged that, the commission ought to be in place at least three years before election. This is to allow commissioners to organize themselves well logistically. By delaying their appointment, it is going to be difficult for them to prepare adequately going forward.
“Kenyans are anxious about what is happening in the country. Why are they not appointing IEBC commissioners? We need it immediately for them to start the election preparations process. This is our demand as Kenyans going forward. ” Said Gachagua.
