President William Ruto’s personal aid Farouk Kibet has been camping in Malava Constituency for a while now.
Since the declaration of the voting date by the independent electoral commission a few weeks ago, Kibet has always been in Malava leaving residents talking.
He has been all over launching projects with an intention of convincing voters to vote for UDA Party candidate Hon. Ndakwa. Well, the campaign period ended a few days ago and according to the United opposition candidate Honorable Seth Panyako, Farouk Kibet and Honorable Ndakwa are breaking the law by still engaging in political rallies.

He has alleged that Kibet and Ndakwa are expected to tour Shamberere national polytechnic where they are expected to meet with voters and bribe them. Panyako has asked police officers to take action and not to allow a few individuals to break the law and walk Scott free.
He has also asked residents of Malava constituency not to take anything less than five thousand shillings as a bribe. He maintained that they should not be swayed by who is offering a lot of money but rather the development and representation they will get in the leader they elect. In this case, the person they should elect is him.
