According to information shared by the DCP party. Today on July 2, 2025, they hosted a delegation from Banisa, Mandera county. The delegation was led by Muhammed Aden who will be vying for Banisa parliamentary seat in the upcoming general election.
It should be noted that Aden vied for the same seat on ODM party ticket and narrowly lost it to the deceased legislator. He has now jumped ship and will be running for the same seat at the DCP party which is associated with former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
With this, Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga will have to move with speed and fix his political cards well if he wants to capture the Banisa parliamentary seat.
