Siaya County Senator Dr. Oburu Odinga has finally been handed over the instruments of power which previously belonged to the late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga.
At the event in Mombasa, Oburu was handed a shield and a spear after signing the documents that confirmed him officially as the official party leader.
