President William Ruto has publicly introduced his children and highlighted their professional careers, offering Kenyans a rare glimpse into his family life.
The President made the remarks while speaking at a Rotarian church service in Narok County, where he was accompanied by leaders from the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) as well as a section of leaders from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
In his address, President Ruto took time to wish Kenyans a happy holiday season and urged them to exercise caution on the roads as travel activities increase across the country. He emphasized the importance of responsibility and safety, noting that many families are on the move during the festive period.
During the service, the Head of State introduced his children one by one, briefly explaining the paths they have chosen in their professional lives.
He described June Ruto as a diplomat who is focused on her own career and personal development. According to the President, June prefers to keep a low profile as she pursues her work away from the public spotlight.

Ruto also spoke about George Ruto, whom he said is a trained pilot and an entrepreneur. The President revealed that George is actively involved in the transport sector and owns several buses operating within Nairobi County, reflecting his interest in business and aviation.
Nick Ruto was introduced as a lawyer who, according to his father, practices privately and focuses on his legal career without public attention.
President Ruto noted that his children have been encouraged to work hard, remain disciplined, and build their lives independently.
Sharlene Ruto, another member of the first family, was not physically present at the church service. The President did not go into details about her absence but acknowledged her as part of the family.
The moment, captured on video, has since sparked conversations online, with many Kenyans reacting to the President’s openness about his family and their respective careers, a move seen by some as a rare personal touch from the Head of State.
