Former interior Cabinet Secretary and now Deputy President of the republic of Kenya, professor Abraham Kithure Kindiki has officially taken over the office of Deputy President today.
This is coming just days after he was sworn into office by Chief Justice Martha Koome and the judiciary registrar. This was after High Court of Kenya lifted conservatory orders stopping him from assuming office.
Well, in a majestic walk from the video seen by this writer. Professor Kindiki is seen taking over the office of Deputy President ending any hope of Gachagua stepping there again as the second in command under this regime.

According to the video shared by Citizen TV. Professor Kithure Kindiki is seen singing documents at the office. He is also seen having a conversation with members of staff there before taking off his court and fixing it on a hanger. This significantly marked the end of gachagua’s era at the office.
On the other hand, Gachagua promised to give President William Ruto time to run his administration. He asked Mount Kenya region to remain calm and allow the head of State to deliver a mandate.
This was contrary to the people across the country who thought he was going to retaliate as soon as possible. Well, let’s see how things will play out soon.
