President William Ruto and his team were in Kibera slums to inspect the ongoing affordable housing projects.
Flanked by his allies and opposition dignitaries, the head of state met various residents of Kibera who were waiting to occupy the houses being built. Well, during the visit, something happened that left Kenyans taking.
