Eventually, the Gachagua team lost the battle but were still fighting the war. Their plea to stop professor Kindiki from assuming office as the third Deputy President of the republic of Kenya flopped.
Well, the supreme court judge has opened up on one thing he noticed during the trial that left him surprised.

Justice Isaac Lennaola, speaking to Kenyans at a function wondered why the judiciary System failed during the Gachagua case. According to him, the website which lawyers are supposed to use to file their cases mysteriously failed to work.
“We all watched what happened a few days ago during the Gachagua Impeachment case. The website went down for unknown reasons. We should be worried about such things going forward.
“The beauty about a revolution (I am speaking to those who have read on the French, Bolshevik and Cuban Revolutions and excluding those in Government with fake degrees) is that when it is time, all with brains in their cranium join in. Welcome on board, Justice Isaac Lenaola.” Posted Havi.
