Deputy President of the republic of Kenya has arrived at Milimani law courts. According to the video shared online, the second in command arrived accompanied by his allies who were defending him.
This is coming just days after he was removed from power by the National Assembly and Senate. He is now expected to know if he will remain second in command or not.

Kenyans are watching Keenly as a three judges bench will be sitting at the high court. Professor Kindiki Kindiki will be taking over immediately when the court throws out any petition.
While addressing the court, Paul Mwite who is representing Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua raised a protest to the court. According to him, the matter was not supposed to appear before the court because Chief Justice Martha Koome had not allocated the case to them, in writing.
They are also seeking clarification why the matter mentioned in Kerugoya is being listed at Milimani law courts, in Nairobi. They are demanding an explanation and a possible direction from Martha Koome.
