According to Dr. Victor Munyaka who turned down Ruto’s appointment to the genetic agency. Kenya Kwanza administration is full of lies and it is unable to fulfill any promise made to Kenyans. He cited lies as one of the reasons why he turned down the appointment despite it being lucrative.
