The President of the republic of Kenya, His Excellency William Ruto has been at the forefront promising Kenyans a massive change in his leadership and administration at large.
From his various speeches, the head of state has been on record promising Kenyans all-sorts of things including; good governance, investment and change of economic policies.
Well, one of his cabinet secretaries has left many Kenyans talking after throwing his boss under the bus when he was asked.
Appearing before the Senate plenary, agriculture Cabinet Secretary Erick Mugaa responded to a question asked by senators on the progress of the dams that the head of state promised Kenyans. He stated that the Kenya Kwanza administration has not been able to fulfill a single dam as they promised Kenyans over 100 dams.
” Mr. Speaker, we have not been able to contract a single major dam in the country. Although, three of them are under construction as we speak. The small ones have been completed and even Kenyans are using them.” Said the cabinet secretary.
