The President of the republic of Kenya, His Excellency William Ruto has received massive support and praises in Nairobi after fulfilling the promise he made to them almost instantly.
While touring Nairobi county slums on July 17, 2025. President William Ruto made a stopover at Baba Dogo, where there was a tag of war between locals and the investor.

The investor had allegedly grabbed a piece of land, and was even at the site fencing the Said land. This was despite locals clashing with them.
Well, while in Nairobi, Ruto directed the investor to leave immediately and promised to restore the pitch status. Today, he has fulfilled the promise by providing graders for the leveling of the pitch.
“Following President Ruto’s directive, Government grader has been deployed to restore the Baba Dogo playground which had been dug up by Kenafric amid dispute with the local community.” Posted Journalist Kevin Teya.
