Kenya as a country has been struggling with loss of public funds despite massive borrowing from lenders abroad. Vital projects are still struggling across the country with pending bills becoming a national anthem.

In order to stop corruption, President William Ruto has agreed to a sophisticated method that will help stop theft completely.

According to Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi. President William Ruto agreed to tool by international monetary fund team that will determined the Level of corruption. All public service sectors will be subjected to the tool before any loan is given to Kenya by IMF team.
Those working in public service have been warned not to hide anything from the tool and there will be consequences if it happens. The goal of the whole process is to see the country come out of debts and also put borrowed money to good use.
Kenyans are waiting to see if the tool will work or it will be compromised by those involved in syphoning funds.
