President William Ruto’s personal aid Farouk Kibet has declared Honorable Ndakwa, the United Democratic party candidate in Malava Constituency by-election as the legislator-elect.
This has left Kenyans talking and some are asking him to stop announcing the results before they are made public by the returning officer.
