Suna East member of Parliament is one of the leaders who are attending the requiem mass for the slain Kasipul member of Parliament Honorable Charles Were.
Him, together with national assembly speaker Moses Wetangula have eulogized Ong’ondo as a dedicated leader who kept all the promises he made to Kenyans, especially those he repeated.
Well, during the mass, Junet broke down pleading with Kenyans to stop doing one thing. He has asked people to stop celebrating the deaths of their leaders insisting that they are also human beings who have families that depend on them.

“People who celebrate the death of a leader, please stop it. Politicians are also fathers, husbands, and have families. If you have a problem with a politician, wait for the elections and deal with him then.” Said Junet Mohamed.
Echoing his remarks, Kericho Senator Aron Cheryot claimed that the country is losing its moral fabrics by celebrating the demise of Their people. He continued by asking Kenyans to pray for the family of the deported souls instead of rejoicing.
