Former Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has landed another state appointment just days after rejecting President William Ruto’s appointment. A few weeks ago, the vibrant leader turned down an offer to serve on the Nairobi River cleaning board.
In her statement, she cited personal reasons as the point of turning down the offer. However, despite turning down the offer, she promised to continue championing for the greater good for Nairobi county people.
Well, she has not yet issued a statement on the new appointment by Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi.

Omanga’s Driving Force.
Senator Millicent Omanga campaigned heavily for the United Democratic Party and Kenya Kwanza administration. Despite being nominated by the Jubilee Party to the Senate, she sided with President William Ruto during public humiliation before the 2022 general election.
She was Spotted in various rallies campaigning heavily for the Presidency and finally her candidate won. She was rewarded with a CAS position but unfortunately, the court stopped any appointment leaving her in the cold. Now she can celebrate her new job. We wish her all the best.
