Kikuyu member of Parliament Honorable Kimani Ichung’wah is a man under siege. A few days ago, while attending an empowerment event in Kajiado, Ichung’wah made remarks against pastor Dorcas Gachagua that were considered to be very wrong by various leaders.
A few female and male leaders called him out for his remarks demanding that he apologize to the former second lady.
Saboti member of Parliament Honorable Caleb Amisi asked Ichung’wah to leave the family out of politics and only focus on the politician himself. Well it seems like the woes are not over for Ichung’wah. According to the video shared online, the DCP party woman league has criticized Kimani Ichung’wah for his sentiments. They have also asked him to respect women and keep off their activities.

“Today, women leaders affiliated with the DCP Party, led by Gatundu South aspirant Shiku Lui, strongly condemned recent derogatory remarks made by self-proclaimed male chauvinist Kimani Ichungwa. The leaders criticized Kimani for launching personal attacks against the spouse of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, urging him to mind his own political house, Kasongo and the Wantam brigade, instead of dragging women into unnecessary drama. Noting his long history of disrespecting women in leadership, the women leaders challenged Kimani to wear a dera if he’s so determined to compete on their level and they’ll be more than ready to square it out.” Posted DCP party.
