Former Vice President and wiper party leader His Excellency Kalonzo Musyoka has taken to his social media accounts to lament the incidence that left them shocked.
Kalonzo and other opposition leaders were caught up in violent scenes in Bungoma county. From the video shared online, they were attacked by goons who barricaded roads at Chwele blocking them from connecting to kimilili and eventually Kitale Town.

Well, Kalonzo has blamed Moses Wetangula and the state for the chaos witnessed in Bungoma. He has gone ahead to declare that Kenyans from the Western region turned out in large numbers and the message is clear about change, a change that is coming in the 2027 general election. They have promised to make sure that they continue with their campaigns across the country.
“Speaker @HonWetangula’s state-sponsored goons throwing stones and firing bullets under the protection of Riot Police did not deter our March to Kitale. The message from Butula to Bungoma to Kimilili to Kiminini to Kitale is the same as Vihiga and Bungoma yesterday: #WanTam! The United Opposition Western Tour has affirmed the sentiments loudly and openly stated by the rest of the country: #RutoMustGo!” Said Kalonzo Musyoka.
