Just In: Martha Koome Blocked From Swearing In Kindiki As New DP.

Things are moving so fast in the republic of Kenya. There is drama on who should be declared the de facto Deputy President after the outer embattled Deputy Rigathi Gachagua.

His team has managed to get orders that stop the State from Swearing in any person as the second in command until the case is heard and determined.

According to the constitution of Kenya, Chief Justice Martha Koome is supposed to witness the swearing in process however, she has been blocked.

Advocates Associated by Rigathi Gachagua has served Chief Justice Martha Koome blocking any move by her of swearing in Kindiki.

According to Ngegwa Njiru, an advocate of Gachagua, Martha Koome should respect the law and the order issued by the high court of Kenya. She should not perform that duty until the case is heard and determined by Chacha Mwita on 24th October, 2024.

Kenyans are waiting to see what is going to Happen going forward. The country currently is in a crisis according to Nelson Havi. Two deputy Presidents are all in office.
